First place for women and $1000 was awarded to Courtney Cox for an unmatched
arsenal of tricks on all the rail jam features throughout the 30-minute
finals.

Thousands of spectators swarmed the event set up at 1200 Lincoln St. in
downtown Denver to celebrate the beginning of winter and support
snowboarders who traveled from throughout the US and the mountains of
Colorado to compete.

There's nothing like the north shore in winter! The ladies paddle out to the first stop of the Van's Triple Crown of surfing in Hale'iwa. Cholo's Hawaiian Pro offered some awesome waves for the surfers to show their skill as the event was broadcasted live. Stephanie Gilmore surfed with power and style, earning rides in the nine point range and ultimately winning the event. Fellow Rip Curl team riders Tyler Wright and Alana Blanchard also took to the podium, Alana Blanchard having won the title at Hale'iwa the previous year. Six year- old Coco Cianciarulo of Argentina throws down at a girls' skateboarding camp in Buenos Aires! This little ripper put together a run at the camp's skate park that kept the crowd on their feet and cheering. Everyone loves a theme- Silly Girl Design hosted a shred sesh at the Iguana Bowl in Oceanside.... in pirate garb! Girls sporting eye patches, swords, pirate dresses and parrots enjoyed a day of skate in the San Diego area. Girls Riders Organization (GRO), Skatera, She Sk8s, and Pretty Hurt we're among the crew, as other skaters fought to the death for the booty!

Rip Curl surfers Stephanie Gilmore, Alana Blanchard, Bethany Hamilton and Tyler Wright ditch the daily routine and pursue the Infinite Search. Tip 2 Tip takes the surfers on a quest from one end of the Indonesia Archipelago to the other- surfing, fishing, laughing and living The Search. The Tip 2 Tip quests stretches a total of 6 months, inviting the girls aboard for a part of the experience before they head to Portugal to continue the ASP World Tour. More episodes coming soon....
